Teacher Resources

Category : Teaching Resources

We want to help you plan your trip to Rocky Creek Maze so that it’s not only fun for your students, but educational as well. We have included links to lesson plans, activities, and helpful agricultural websites that will aid you in preparing your students for a trip to Chaloupka Farm. Also, we’ve included coloring sheets and farm-friendly games, trivia, and activities.

Hands-on learning experiences are always best when students have been prepared for what they are about to encounter and are able to then discuss what they learned afterwards. We are pleased to offer our Classroom in the Corn learning series to make your field trip more exciting and memorable … as well as a better learning experience. These Teacher Resource Guides are broken into separate grade ranges and each include: activity goals, National Curriculum Standards, preparation required, materials needed, worksheets, and step-by-step instructions. The files are password protected. When prompted, type in the password getlosthavefun. It’s all one word and all lowercase.
