Haunted Trail
New and improved and scarier than ever, we’re excited to bring back our Haunted Trail for the 2011 season! We’ve worked really hard to make your experience the best one possible, so if you want thrills, chills, and shrills, then we dare you to brave the paths of our Haunted Trail on Fridays and Saturdays in October! The terror begins as soon as the sun sets (usually around 7:50 p.m.).
Thrill seekers will take the hayride down to the bottom part of our property to enter the Haunted Trail. The path winds through a separate corn field behind our regular maze, and upon exit, well if you make it that far- Muhahaha!!- a trailer will take you back to the courtyard or you may follow the lighted path back yourself.
Here are a few more things you should know about your haunting experience.
- Haunted Trail days and hours of operation: Oct. 21-22, Oct. 28-29-30; dusk til’ closing; last paid ticket at 9 pm
- Admission to the Haunted Trail is $5 plus regular admission price. This means you pay to enter the maze ($7 for children 11 and under and $9 for adults) and then pay to enter the Haunted Trail ($5). Your total admission will either be $12 or $14 respectively.
- We don’t recommend it for children under 10.
- Lights are placed along the paths, so no flashlights are allowed. Besides, that just ruins all the fun! But, for the really weak hearted, you may bring glow sticks.
- We do ask that you DO NOT take pictures in the Haunted Trail. Our crew is mostly high school students, and we want to uphold their privacy.
- Feel free to scream, cry, faint, or turn back! Whatever you do, just have fun!
